Alize Las Vegas - Restaurant Reviews in Las Vegas

Alize restaurant was opened in November 2001, Chef Andre Rochat who also owns several other restaurants in Las Vegas, including the well-known and respected Andre's. We went recently at sunset and were excited about seeing the city at this point as we were serious about food. That's because this restaurant is on top of one of the towers in the Palms Casino resort at 4321 W. Flamingo Hotel Rd.Palms not on tape but it makes for a better perspective regarding the lights at night. I highly recommend getting the book as close to dusk as possible and enjoy the sun goes down and the lights turn on in front of your eyes. To better see this night, a spectacular light show was created by nature and man, Alize has a huge two-story windows that offer a unique panoramic view of Sin City.

Alize ambiance is great too, with elegant settings, furniture, art and other dekor.Restoran is known for its large selection of wines with more than 1,700 species to choose from. You can see many of the bottles on display in the dining room wine "cellar". If you are a wine connoisseur to appreciate Aliza even more.

We were very hungry so we decided to get three starters: 1 Bouquet of Baby Greens, Caraway Cracker, goat cheese and balsamic vinaigrette - simple, but delicious. I ate most of it because I love baby greens. Second Braised Veal Cheek, Truffled Potato Mousseline, veal jus - This was the best appetizers and recommended if you like veal. Third Classical ESCARGOTS de Bourgogne. Good but not outstanding.

For starters, we have: 1.Wasabi and sesame crusted rack of lamb, tagine vegetables, dried apricots, dates Lamb JUS. Cooked just pravo.Marelice dates and praised the meat in a unique način.Obrok left me satisfied. 2.Pečena Venison Loin with sweet and sour cabbage, wild mushrooms and herbs Spaetzle Poivrade sauce. I only had one bite of this while I concentrate on the rack of lamb, but he impressed enough that my living partners.

services Alize is exceptional to say the least:. Very quick and attentive

just part of our experience that could be considered a negative prices. Alize is not cheap. However, the overall dining experience, especially including the great views and ambience, it is worth the money in my opinion. If the price seems too high for your pocketbook, there are occasional discounts and coupons available, such as the popular restaurant during the week in Vegas, where the proceeds go to local charities.
